1. How does mobile massage work?

we bring the massage table, linens, oils, and everything needed to create a relaxing experience in your home. Our Team will arrive 15 minutes early to set up, ask a few questions, and have you fill out the necessary forms before starting your session. You just need a quiet space to enjoy your massage.

2. What areas do you serve?

We provide mobile massage in Southeast Calgary, Okotoks, and Heritage Pointe. Travel fees may apply for locations outside these areas.

3. Do I need to provide anything?

No, we bring all necessary equipment. Just wear comfortable clothing and have a space ready.

4. How do I pay?

we accept cash, Direct Billing,e-transfer, Payment is due at the time of service.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will be charged a $40 fee.

6. Can I book for someone else?

Yes! Mobile massage makes a great gift. Just ensure the recipient is available and aware of the appointment.

7. Do you offer couples or group massages?

At the moment, we provide one-on-one sessions only.

8. Do you offer prenatal or infant massage?

No, we do not offer pregnancy or infant massage at this time.

9.How much space do you need?

I need a clear space of about 6 ft x 9 ft (2m x 3m) to set up the massage table and move around comfortably. A living room, bedroom, or quiet area with enough space works best.

9.Are pets and children allowed during the session?

Yes! we understand that pets and children are part of your home. As long as they are quiet and well-behaved, they are welcome to be present during the session.
