Cancellation policy

your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Since we operate as a mobile massage service, additional time is allocated for travel, setup, and preparation. A last-minute cancellation or missed appointment affects our schedule and takes away the opportunity for another client to book that time.

24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Do not attend a session if you have symptoms of illness. Your well-being and that of others is our priority.

Harassment policy

Our services are therapeutic in nature, and completely non-sexual. Jokes, comments, and behaviour of a sexual nature are not tolerated. Clients who engage in any of these behaviours will have their session immediately terminated, will be responsible for the full cost of the booked treatment, and will be blocked from booking in the future. In addition, law enforcement will be notified.

Direct billing policy

We can direct bill to any Canadian insurance companies that allow direct billing. Some insurance plans do not allow the payment to be issued to the provider, only the plan member. In those cases, you will need to pay upfront and the insurance company will pay you directly. Please note that some insurance companies require a doctor’s note.Some insurance companies require a consent form to be filled out. If this is the case, we will email you a copy to be filled out.*Please include the information for your PRIMARY plan. If you have a secondary insurance plan, please include a photo of that as well and I can input that also, but be aware that in most cases we cannot direct bill to the secondary plan; you may have to pay upfront and submit to the secondary plan on your own.
